Cons

One of them is still in the box, waiting for a remodel to be completed. Who knows how long it's been nonfunctional. I certainly hope customer service returns my call.

None of them will silence by pushing the button, so i end up having to get a chair and go room by room taking them down from the ceiling. In addition, neither no longer blinks - suggesting they are lemons. Before i mount them on the wall i tested them... Read More

The base is too wide, and their mounting holes are too close to receptacle cutout to use their cheap mollie. The compression button is the weakest point of the whole design. The mounting plate is both shallow and flimsy.

I wonder if x-sense carries liability insurance for selling defected units. Not recommended. Buyer beware. This is unacceptable!

I bought this for the value and seemed like a good product.

With the cost of 9 volt batteries and having to change them every year, this detector is excellent value for the money.

8 in my small house so reasonable price is significant.

Very nice price compared to i checked in local store.
