This is unacceptable! Worthless produce from a worthless company. This is not a good example of something i would consider steam resistant.

One of them is still in the box, waiting for a remodel to be completed. Want to return it but can’t. I certainly hope customer service returns my call.

It shows a date of manufacture of 10/22, and was installed in 2/23. Who knows how long it's been nonfunctional. What good is a 10-year battery when the thing starts blaring out false alarms in less than 2 years?
