Pros

Ten-year battery life. Wireless interconnection. Easy to install. New codes require 10 year lithium battery smoke detectors. Great combo detector.

Cons

This is outrageous. Not risking my life on this. What a shame.

False alarm after only owning the unit for 2 months. It's just over a year old and supposed to have a 10 year battery. Nfpa requires smoke alarms to be listed by an acceptable testing lab, usually ul, underwriters laboratory.

The plastic plate can't even be drilled. They start beeping and don’t stop. Reset it, still sounding off.
