Pros
It's not a * gaming rig but it's a good daily driver. If you're not a graphics snob and just want a budget gaming pc, i 110% recommend it. The expandability is great as well.
The hdmi interface does support my 4k 32 monitor well (occasionally flickers) the manuals are available in pdf form. Needed to add a usb hub as 4 were not enough.
Cons
One issue is ssd not working correctly now (can't format). Oh, and this is my fault because i didn't notice it b4 for ordering, but it was def a bummer that this didn't come with a usb c port.

That being said its an incredible well built and solid unit with the only downside being the fan noise.
Competitiveness
Do plan to upgrade to 64g ram one day, but for now, 16g itself more than meets my needs.

Had an os language problem at first emailed the seller and they sent me a link to download the os again and it worked

Still it really doesnt take me long now to load my vm use as a sandbox to protect my host os
