No ghosting whatsoever on my xbox 360 slim. It has no ghosting and looks like it is the exact cable that is $40 from microsoft, but cheaper in price. Works with a variety of resolutions once connected to the console.

It works as intended and at a great price. Prompt shipping, works nicely. And, voila. But either way, it works perfectly.

This is the cable you need to get; don't waste money on the * knockoffs. I only wish i had realized that such a thing even existed, because honestly i just stumbled across this by accident.
