My favorite is the quality of the mic.
Pretty good quality not best but it gets the job done good quality materials durable pretty awesome basically
The catch: it's not compatible with the xbox one (any version) so it's just a bluetooth headset unless you're a die-hard 360 fan.
Good sound quality battery lasts a good 7 hours.

The only thing that i can actually say about the headphones themselves that i dont like is the range is not all that great it starts to get pretty crappy once you get about 15 feet from your cell phone

It has a soft rubber covering on the knob that sits in your ear and a somewhat fragile feeling plastic piece that holds it on your ear
