The joysticks are easy to remove and replace. Need to purchase paddles and (possibly) charge cradle separately. The accessory itself work wonders aswell.

Quality is like lego and disconnects badly (have to turn xbox off and on again to get around it) controller randomly disconnects, stays on with power, just will not register movement inputs. Stick drift starts off random and gets more severe over time...  Read More
