Pros
If you are a casual gamer or don't have a 4k dolby vision tv then this is the perfect console. An upgrade for me from xbox 360. More than capable of 1080p gaming.
The ease of downloading games from the microsoft store are easy.
The packaging was damaged and patched up. The xbox looks brand new, no marks on the console or the controller and runs perfectly.

I would recommend this over the ps5 if you want better value.
There are a few minor annoyances as i previously mentioned, with the only major one being the tiny hard drive.
It's a decent budget console but will struggle to keep up with the ever advancing games that are devoloped.
Happy with the machine, not that i play my my son is very happy
Packaging/appearance
Not much to say really as i don't use it too often although the xbox came boxed with factory packaging and works flawlessly
The customisable menus and options are great, especially folders which is currently sorely missing from the ps5.

The ability to carry on where you left off when switching between games is handled a lot better on the xbox than ps5.
The size of the thing is astonishingly small compared to the ps5 and the minimalistic design is clean and crisp.
Don't ask me what that means, but i have been instructed to give a foir star because of it!
