The 3 combination wheels come set at 000 by default and are easily changed to your preferred code by rotating the shackle 90 degrees pressing down and entering the new code

Please note it is my understanding that the tsa is only an american authority and at the moment no other countries in the world carry those keys

On initial inspection they seem slight rattly and flimsy in my opinion

I wasnt aware of the tsa security lock regulations so i have learnt something new in that and its good to know that if my case gets opened in the us the lock wont be broken

Dont get me wrong the im sure the inside of it is sturdy ive given them a few tugs and no problem but the black casing and espescially the combination dials just seem toy like

I read the instructions for setting the code on here thankfully as the print on the packaging is tiny and impossible to read
