Pros
looks great and is very sturdy. I see this as part of the furniture and not just an accessory. My 70s fender basses weigh a ton, and stress out most stands.
Cons
The stand is made of cheap materials and is very flimsy. The angle of the stand makes the guitar unstable, can fall off it with a slight accidental move.

We are in our 70s and have no engineering background, but put it together in about 20-30 minutes and are pleased with the result.

Watch out for slanted guitars such as a firebird which will fit but only in one direction
