Pros
Everything has a place now. Nice and neat. Lots of parts, but very easy assembly. Holds up very well.

They hold everything we want and are very sturdy.
Very easy to assemble and install on the wall.
We followed the instructions to the letter and put together and hung on the wall in less then an hour.
The pool sticker hold takes less than 30 minutes to complete.
Price
This billiard and ping pong rack was easy to put together and looks very sharp.
Packaging/appearance
It looks great with white wall as the background mix which makes it look more high end.
Competitiveness
If you are more than ikea furniture assembly handy, you'll probably have no issues.
Other racks didn't have the ability to mount to the studs.
