Pros

This embossing rolling pin is well made. Beautifully etched and well put together. It's a smaller rolling pin, but the design is nice.

This cookie roller is cool and easy to use. It’s a good way to stamp pictures on shortbread cookies.

Putting the dough back in the fridge solved that problem. Check your rolling pin after each batch is rolled to ensure no dough or excess flour is hung in the small grooves.
