You just have to press fn and z to get it to enter pairing mode. The 3 led lights flash green then blue a couple times and then solid light, then it responds again. Works perfectly with a cell phone, it comes on ios from the factory.
Cons
Rechargeable keyboard doesn't hold a charge. When i fully charge the board and it works great for about 5 or ten minutes of use it starts acting real weird. Problem sometimes spontaneously resolves itself after a few days, and sometimes never does.
I'm a good typer and know for a fact that i'm not holding the button down too long because i watched a duplicate letter appear when my finger wasn't on the key.
I have no idea how this is for gaming because i'm not a gamer. Don't even think about it for any type of gaming. Will pursue another keyboard at this juncture.

Price
This saved me the money on that!
It works perfectly, and was less than $25.
It's an appreciated part of my setup at a fair price.
The only thing i don't like is that it's not backlit, but that's not expected at this price and i knew it wasn't before i bought it.
Shipping
Their emails were answered quickly and efficiently, something i have never seen in a company before.
Packaging/appearance
I had to look it up to figure out how to pair the damn thing, but otherwise, it was completely perfect out of the box.
Competitiveness
Alternatives were as high as $175 +.
I dont like how the key setting is different compare to mine, but its good.

Does have quirks but overall it’s great for inputting text while on the couch and device is not nearby
