Pros
The fit is great - snug, so i don't have to worry about it falling on my children in the back. The fitment of the rear glass is not perfect, but it will hold without needing clips. My only complaint is that it droops a bit in the front window.
The shade blocks all of the sun, keeping the cabin cool and shaded. The extra metallic reflector big time reduces heat (just like a windshield sun shade).
Glass roof makes with glass roof sizzling hot in the california summer. Very few downsides. Great looking and perfect to help block the sun on 110*+ days here is az.
The magnet is installed against the shield after installation to keep flex of the panel to a minimum. It works well but you can’t drive with the rear one in place in either sheer or full *.
Cons
The screen doesn't fit properly, there is always 1 corner that hangs over the trim and not in the frame of the window. Clips to hold the screen is very flimsy. It falls down within 30 minutes.
It’s quite ugly to look at. Too much work to install and uninstall frequently. Hard to install with one person.

I have to say i did not expect to miss having a solid roof that blocks the sun, this product works great for this purpose.
Keeps the car 15-20° cooler with the shade.
Not sure i can find a use for the sheer application i only use it with the added silver sun blocker.
For the most part, i prefer to keep it on as it helps with the heat.
Price
And for the price, i guess i won't complain.
Packaging/appearance
I ended up buying a similar set of roof screen for my m3 and considering to remove the tint.
Competitiveness
They are a must get if you own a tesla model 3.
I highly recommended them to anyone who owns a model 3.

I have a 2015 model s and there appears to be plenty of space between the glass and the shade rendering the clips pretty useless

Fitment is snug and very much prevents any light or heat from coming through

The additional reflective fabric helps block out heat but without it it is already relatively dark and rejects a lot of heat
