The help i received was quick, informative, super helpful and responded very quickly.
Competitiveness
This must be a super small niche market because i can't figure out why no other company decided to make this device, but better.
I couldn't find a better product at this price point.
Though this might not be a fair comparison as i’ve also used xencelab’s remote which has a screen on it for twice the price.
Also note, the xp pen software driver is different between the ac19 and the ack05.

You could use it as a stream deck for shortcuts i’ve even mapped it for “the sandbox game” which only is playable with a keyboard wasd
