Pros

A little hard to pry open the laptop but was able to so with a guitar pick. The tools that come with the battery are cheap but do the job. Keep a good bit of downward pressure, to avoid the tools slipping.

Lithium polymer batteries required. This generic battery is the first one that was the right part for the xps13 model i had.

Cons

I am disappointed at how short this battery lasted. It is not compatible.

Quality

I've only had the battery two weeks, at the time of this review, but i've been very happy with the battery's performance, excellent.

This came with the battery and two little screwdrivers to help me change it on my old dell xps13 series laptop.

The little torx drivers that came with it made it difficult to work with - i had to get help from someone who had quality tools.

So i suggest to make sure you don't strip the screws that you invest in some quality torx and do it carefully.

Price

Definitely a good value and the price i've seen.

Needless to say, it's a great price.

Packaging/appearance

Carefully remove the tape and get the wires out of the way.

Competitiveness

Would recommend for anyone looking for a replacement battery for a xps13 9350.

It was a replacement for my xps13 battery which died after 6 or 7 years.

Or they'd send out a technician for $230.

This generic battery is the first one that was the right part for the xps13 model i had.
