Amazing product, straightens my hair (i have thick hair) in less time than my previous one (revlon).
The colors were vivid and the product looked well made and sturdy.
It has outlasted two major name brand straighteners.
The digital screen came up, and i lowered the temperature down to 190- and it never heated up.
Price
Great product at a great price from a great seller!
Overall, i think this is a great tool for the price and i would recommend it to anyone.
It's not really a big deal once i figured it out.

I also tried to raise the heat setting to see if it would heat up at all and the screen froze and wouldnt lower or raise the temp or turn off
