I have thick wavy frizzy hair. I get my hait done less than mins, iam with normal amount of hairs. Not alone does it quickly leave my unruly hair smooth & silky, it stays straight for days, even in the humid climate where i live!

This flat iron not only met my expectations, it exceeds them! This is my second xtava product and i cannot complain. It worked perfect with my silk press products.

Cons

The plates do not stay at the temp i set, it seems like they lose heat as i am using it. I normally use professional flat irons (ghd and sedu) but this one won't work in a two flat iron rotation.

Packaging/appearance

Not only was the packaging beautiful but the straightener is high quality, i've only used it once and so far so good!

Attention to detail in packaging and product is above and beyond what i expected.

I've had this flat iron since may 2018 (3years now) and i think it works great!

Overall a great flat iron for the price.
