Pros

Led lights are a real plus, lighting the cooking surface very well. The only negitive is that the light bulbs it utilizes are only accessible through the company xtremeair. Excellent customer service from the manufacture regarding the led bulbs.

Previously had an above range microwave with its wimpy vent fan. Would occasionally have to worry about smoke buildup when doing some searing or broiling in a toaster oven. It will clean out cooking smells in a hurry, if you do.

Fan is strong and a little loud even at low speed but that is to be expected with two motors/fans and i had to neck down from 8 inch to 7 inch. It is loud at top speed, but most importantly it pulls plenty of air.

It just looks lovely, works perfectly and is easy-peasy to clean! The build quality is much better than expected. Unreal for spare parts to be so reasonable these days. Very well built unit and very aesthetically pleasing.

The price is xtremely awesome! This product is way better than the well-advertised brands.

Cons

There is a distinct defect/flaw in the surface finish. Even the logo is not on straight. Not able to fix it without a replacement.

Had an issue with the control board recently (the light button wouldn’t stay engaged) and the leds were flickering.

Best investment from all the kitchen remodel cost.

The point is that the price is reasonable.

I was not able to use the screws that they sent not even with pre-drilled holes.

The lights are a little dim however, i have undercounter lighting which helps.
