Pros
The 'xylitol sweetener, 5lbs | natural birch crystal source' is a must-have pantry staple for anyone looking to upgrade their sweeteners. I love that it’s granulated like sugar and measures just like regular granulated sugar. I use it in combination w... Read More
This is an enormous bag of xylitol, though it still seems pricey for a 1:1 substitute. It is more clumpy and hard to work with compared to others but worth it. Xylitol also boasts an impressive list of uses beyond cooking and baking.

This is an enormous bag of xylitol, though it still seems pricey for a 1:1 substitute.
Packaging/appearance
This 5 pound bad is well packaged in a strong zip top resealable envelope.

It has a similar taste to cane sugar, a low glycemic index, and is a great option for people with diabetes .
Grains are larger than my usual brand.
Tastes like other zylitol brands i bought.
