The rope is sturdy as well and the furry balls hanging off have bells on them, also the strings stretch and boing so she can easily play with herself. The fur is the best i've ever seen and the beds are top notch. Very padded with big bolsters.

Cons

The carpeting sheds and i found pieces of the carpet on the floor where the cat had scratched them until there was nothing left but particleboard. Cord around pillars shred within first 6 months.

The house is too big for the platform it's on so that my cat can use the space to get to the top perch. Anything that wobbles makes cats feel insecure. Her claws grab the puffy sides and cannot keep her grip.
