Pros

The tree is tall. My cats are pretty young (>3 years) and they have no problem climbing the tree. The scratching posts are durable as well, 5 months later and they still look like new.

The basket is not very big, my kitten fits in it comfortably. My little kitten likes the hammock at the top as well to play with the toy. They both cuddle in the big box bed together with they arnt fighting.

Soft carpet like material all over. You put three posts inside to * it into the forms you see. It's on a thick carpet too, so it's pretty sturdy in the area.

Cons

The fabric covering is more like fluffy velvet than carpeting. Nothing that can withstand a cat clawing at it. Poor stability.

There’s not a single side made flush to stand against the wall. Design flaw. The hole in level 2 is too far forward.

Very sturdy, all 4 cats can be on it at the same time and i have no worries of it falling over or collapsing.

The string and ball fell off and i'm too short to even try to put it back up.

All of the places to lay are to small for even a 7 lb cat

Love how big this is for the price !

The cats loveee this its great for the price, huge upgrade from their last tree.

Neither place could i get something over waist high for $100.

I’m so pleased with the shipping time!

It came in a week early which i loved.

The second shipment ended up damaged during shipment and the status said undeliverable.

They got back to me almost immediately and shipped out another tree.

They like the larger box, but i think the prefer the penthouse.
