Pros

The chair legs have adjustable feet for leveling. They are sturdy and very comfortable. Easy to assemble.

Quality and sturdiness of the product make it a steal. Chairs are worth the inexpensive price i paid.

The dark chocolate color is beautiful. Got these in february. These chairs are exactly as shown in photo.

Cons

It's almost impossible to get the dang screws in the hole. Took forever to assemble. Threads are rusted and not punched correctly.

The seats are super thing and mine came cracked rendering the chair useless. Constantly having to retighten the legs because they will become loose or too short. They are hard on the the buttocks. Cheap plywood underneath.

All four wobble to the extent that the two leveler buttons on bottom of front legs cannot be adjusted out enough.

Granted, they were not easy to put together, so do not purchase unless you have someone handy with tools.

For the price, these are great chairs!

They were very easy to put together because i did it myself without any problems nice chairs for the price

These chairs are easily price at entry level, but the customer service has been premium.

But for the price, look, and rating, i thought i’d go for it.

Shipping

Update: i sent an email to customer service with photos and the sent out a replacement back of the chair really fast.

Packaging/appearance

Packaged very well with all the parts and tools are included.

The box was pretty banged up when it arrived so again i was worried.

The hardest thing about the whole process, was unpacking which by no means is a compliant.
