Pros

Unit is very sturdy and the noise is only the tire against the cylender it rotates against. Only gripe is that the main hinge ( that moves the piece between storage and usage modes) has no lock mechanism, and tends to be a pain.

It's very quiet with a slick tire. Pretty quiet, too—only a soft whir. Much quieter than my old one, even when the old one was new.

Cons

The product packaging was seriously damaged on delivery. The trainer was made too narrow for a bike with disc brakes and a thru-axle. Seller claims it is due to tires with tread, but it's funny that my tires are perfectly quiet when used on smooth out... Read More

I got this a few months ago, just but it together, easy to assemble, very sturdy and fold up nicely.

Excellent product, very durable, fully meets my expectations.

It’s only held in place by pressure from the tire, and without the bike, will almost certainly drop out of place.

Second, it takes about two minutes of cycling for the unit to warm up enough to offer any real resistance.

Price

This one was pretty cheap but had good reviews, so i got one.

Its a fine producrt for this price.

I really can't imagine that its so inexpensive but it is.

Years ago i had a more expensive trainer and this one works just as well.

This is my first trainer so i have no way to compare to others, however.

However the resistance and reduced noise level of this fluid trainer is noticeably better compared to a magnetic trainer.
