Pros

Bought for our 22 yr old daughter for her desk. Drawbacks are that the seat is a bit on the small side and it’s a little hard. I only wish the actual seat was a little bigger in diameter.

It seems quite sturdy and i weigh 270 + lbs. Easy to assemble, sturdy and comfortable. The assembly was pretty easy, it's pretty common sense without the instructions.

It maneuvers easily and the max height is great. I like that it has 5 wheels as opposed to 3 or 4; it makes the base feel sturdier. And lastly, the wheels are great and it’s a good rolling chair.

Cons

Plastic is cheap and flimsy. Trying to return this is extremely difficult and the sellers are not helpful and try to offer a partial refund. What a disappointment.

Perfect for my needs, great price and sturdy

Overall it is a great chair and fairly priced.

Shipping

After 2 weeks of waiting and watching no change in "tracking number" we contacted the vendor directly.

They responded within a day and within another had shipped a replacement item via fedex.

First product shipped got lost apparently in the bowls of ups system.
