Pros

The gray blends well with my other furniture. It weigh about 75# so very sturdy. The dimensions are accurate, the lift-up top is terrific, and the tabletop looks terrific.

When you lift the top, i use two hands so that it comes up evenly. The only thing, it shakes a lot when folding down until you start lifting it more frequently - it goes down smoother, after a while.

Cons

The wood scratches easily. The black color shows a ton of fingerprints, and they do not come out easily. No picture of broken fasteners.

It was pointed out to me that if product was damaged in return i would not be refunded. They think i have the expertise to take it apart and repackage. It is ineligible for a return this is a complete scam.

Item arrived on time and is exactly as described.

Once i texted the company through the amazon service, i was able to get a new one shipped to me in less than 2 business days.

The first time i ordered this coffee table, someone slapped the wrong label on it and it got shipped to some random house in texas.

Packaging/appearance

Parts of the table came dented/scraped at the corner and at the screw holes.

Would be nice to have a few extra in packaging just in case this happens to others also.
