Sturdy with little to no swaying when pedaling. The sturdiness is rock solid for this product. I am still very careful with mounting and dismounting.

I have it set up on a carpeted floor and although there is some noise, i don't find it to be a problem at all. It is somewhat noisy with the knobby tire noise but the mechanism itself isn’t noisy. Actually got quieter after 30 minutes of riding.

Great for indoor exercising during winter and covid. It allows me to ride indoors when the weather is not cooperating.

It fits rear wheels that have nuts on the axle. If trying to put a mtb on the trainer use a slick tire in the rear that fits your wheel set. Simply adjust threaded axle adapter to fit axle width and flip opposite red handle.

The description is misleading and the directions are pitifully inadequate. I have narrow mountain bike tires with moderate profile, and that generates quite a bit of noise. Had to repack and return.
