Easy to assemble. Comfortable and the back is very flexible.
Cons
Myself for believing the product description. If like me you find it to be not suitable, buyer beware, it's a pain to return.
After 2 months of daily use in home office, back split completely on me. Landed hard on the back frame and cracked several ribs.

The backrest is far too reclined ( it's not adjustable) and stretchy. Arm plastic quality is not great and they quite tricky to put on. Not the most supportive or comfortable seat.

Easy to sit and i can keep my hands level with the computer desk.
I found it easy enough to assemble, minor fiddling with the bolts but only about 10 minutes to build.

Its comfy and doesnt creek when you spin it leans back quite far though and i have fallen of it while spinning

Assembly took some time the arms are attached by bolts which have to be screwed into the cushion with recesses for the bolts
