The footprint of this item is ideal for our small apartment. Keep shoes and boots off the floor. Size is perfect for narrow hallway.

Easy to install. Easy to assemble. Great product easy to assemble and it fits perfectly in tight spots.

Right out of the box one of the parts was faulty. Showed up with scratches, rust, and black chipping off. Bad customer service.
