This product looks like it was repackaged with the incorrect parts. The metal of the chair has began to crack rendering it unsafe and useless. After a few months the gas strut started dropping randomly while sitting in it.

Servers the purpose but had to buy a back support to sit completely upright…no problem

This is a amazing budget chair the assembly was a little bit difficult but i managed to get it done also the only con i know about this chair is that the side arms only some of the screws on the side wont tighten enough and it makes them loose i had to use another type of screw for it to tighten otherwise great chair
