Pros

My sole complaint is that there isn't enough lumbar support. Easy to roll on carpet and even better on hardwood floors. No problems with height adjuster either.

Using it now just for an extra chair. This is used by my daughter at her bedroom desk. This chair looks beautiful and works perfectly.

These chairs are a breeze to assemble. Had plans of purchasing in white but very please with how the black looks.

Cons

The chair leans forward and does not tilt back. The seat and the support below the wheels are not securely fixed, so they fall out when you lift the chair.

Unusable for any extended period of time. The chair is tall. This chair needs to be set to the lowest height.

Armrests are just for decoration, apparently.
