Had some loose pieces in the box that werent supposed to be loose but everything was there and im very happy with this product instructions are sparse but easy to assemble so not really a problem very flimsy and the wheels are bending backwards already only light weight items for this

No bottom either easy set up i love my cart like everyone say it doesnt have a floor in it so that was a bummer when i found that out

So i bought one with a floor and it attached easy it is perfect for my use at beach or picnic
