The photos represent the before condition i learned that i need to make the changes to the rack when i picked the bikes up from the retailer

Note to make this rack work correctly with the heavy fat tire ebikes i did two additional things1 removed the plastic endcaps on each of the front tire holders simply drilled out and removed two aluminum rivets on each one then pried them off with a large screwdriver

Bought these cause the normal size ones don’t fit our fat tire rad rovers

I am using them on a hold up2 to allow me to use the rack as intended versus use of a bungee which is not ideal
