Shipping

The first rack arrived with a damaged clip which could not be replaced without shipping the whole rack back.

Packaging/appearance

Only issue is that the rack packaging is lacking.

Once the threaded hitch pin is tightened the rack is held tight in the reciever.

I also bought an extension, which also weighs less than competitors'.

This tray rack is a great value compared to competitors.

Also on the downside, you need a wrench every time you put it on and off your vehicle, so it's not a super-quick installation.
