Pros

Fit into my adaptation (not a yakima system) as a result of the tbar on bottom (as well as top) as far as i know, the functionality is the same. This is so super to me-better than i had hoped!

Easy to install. The hardest part are the measurements and spacing. I disagree with any review stating otherwise.

The bars look and function very good. Used this with the yakima skybox 18 cargo box on a honda van. The bars are better made than expected.

The timberline mounts are easy to install. Measure the width of your siderails and move the towers to the correct mark. Combines with the baseline clips and baseline towers.

Cons

Perfect fit for my 2016 mazda 3 itouring i get about 3inches of overhang on each side of the car.
