Yakima keelover fits snugly right into it. Holds canoe snugly. Easy to take on and off and the straps are very easy to get a tight fit. I wish there was a way to lock the mounts to the cross bars.

These are great. Highly recommended. The price is high for what it is but that's yakima for ya. Can't beat it for the money.
