One of the straps did break but not from a drive during my pulling it tight over the bike frame possibly too tight

I did not use a tube to keep the bike parallel to the road but that did not seem to matter it worked just fine

This bike rack fits 2 bikes they fit on pretty well and easily with my crossbar
