Pros

In the winter when it gets slippery i've been using various traction options to keep myself walking safely. I walk on sidewalks that vary from perfectly clear to ice-covered and these work great! My back yard becomes a skating rink in the winter.

Cons

Red yaktrax are not for everybody. After just 4 times shoveling my driveway and walk the chain on one foot broke. If it then stays really cold the ice stays on the sidewalks. Ordered xl which is stated to fit men's 13 and up.

I am planning to keep kahtoola and unigear and considering returning these.
