Pros

The rubber has no signs of cracking, and are still very elastic despite the below-zero temps. They motivate me to walk and jog more instead of driving. However jogging on pavement with ice on it. Great for a safety prevention step.

These are great! They make a nice imprint, too. Yak tracs are worth every penny spent. Replacement plates are available, and cost around $15 shipped.

Cons

The cleat portion is shoddily assembled and there are no backup parts included. The toe grip is out. Also stitching around toe straps is too flimsy.

The warranty is worthless because, yaktrax wont contact me back. The product was sent in damaged packaging from a fulfillment center not identified in the tracking. Amazon has no input mechanism to receive delivery reviews without processing a return.... Read More

The spikes are super tiny and just don’t grip. I'm not sure how these could have ever possibly passed any qa testing. These are a poorly designed set of burned and stamped yaktrax.

I almost gave this 4 stars only because they are not the most durable, but i am hard on them so it may be more the user than the product.

I’ve put quite a few miles on these, mostly hiking on snowy and icy trails, and am pleased with the fit and performance.

I’ll update review if i have any issues with the item!
