This is again a issue with the app not the lock itself.
Wish they had a longer warranty as proof they trust the quality of this pricey investment!

There is a rough “catching” in the lockset handle that happens every time we open or close door.

Quiet, reliable operation on all of these yale keyless electronic locks with z-wave+ capability.
We had a similar schlage lockset on our last house and loved not having to carry a key.
If you have a pre-drilled double hole door (dead bolt and door lock), forget about it, this won't work.

In a dark doorway if i hit the wrong button first then i have to cancel the entry and start again no biggie except that the backlight immediately goes out leaving me guessing where to press the correct button again

Mine are all set up with the im1 apple homekit module so i can control everything on my phone or with siri
