The warranty coverage is nonexistent. Back and forth emailing support, all i get is our development team is working on it.
The lock becomes a brick in 2024. It randomly goes faulty. Switching back to the nest / google one. The app is also slow and glitchy.

The battery shows full but it does not light up when you touch it. The only way to wake it up is to press the yale lock button multiple till it eventually wakes up. There is a fatal flaw with this the batteries get jarred loose very often.
I have been overly disappointed with this product. Can't recommend. Terrible user experience. This lock is junk.
