    Every aspect of the installation was easy i just followed the detailed directions between the instructions from the box and the august app and setup with alexa was done even away from home via the app

    One suggestion i would say is that when you first setup your master passwordcode dont setup any other codes for other users until the august app is downloaded and synced with the lock if not you will have to repeat that process again
