I liked that it came with the matching set of handles.
Problem is there is no way to set the sensitivity and when i close the door with the handle below, my forearm gets close to the face plate.
The exterior aesthetic is pretty great, with the exception of the huge yale logo.
Yale is been around for a long time, so that made me want to check out their product.
Price
Very easy to use, nice price too!

Competitiveness
The lock operates well, and integrated properly with my z-wave network.
While i typically use kwikset locks for that, i ran into an issue where i needed a deadbolt without a keyway.

In summary the yale assure lock sl is an extremely overpriced touchpad lock

I am having to learn a new curve to closing my door so the door doesnt keep smacking the bolt on the jamb and then me having to manually recess and then actuate it

Overall im not a huge fan of door locks like this especially as the primary entry point because of issues like dead batteries and other such times when electronic issues can lock you out of your house
