Again, the quality and feel of this product is amazing.
Right from the start i was very impressed with the quality and usability/design of the yale lever smart lock.
And with the app you can open/close from anywhere from your phone.
Very happy with the easy installation, and zwave integration.
Price
This is a decent product and the price is pretty good.
Shipping
The installation was once again fast and easy.
Packaging/appearance
2) the instructions on the smartthings app for z-wave/z-wave plus are wrong.
1) you absolutely have to take the batteries out (or start with them out), then put the z-wave brick in, then put the batteries back in.
I have the z-wave plus and i was able to pair with a smart things hub about 15-20ft away on the other side of a wall, so that's a plus.
Competitiveness
I use wink and the pairing for this lock is more complicated than the other kwikset locks i have installed.
Works well easy to connect to smartthings hub.
I did partially assemble the lock so i could include it next to my hubitat z-wave hub.

The only thing the hub lets you do is see if the door is locked or unlocked and unlock the door with your phone

In terms of setup its pretty bad hence the 2 setup is incredibly finicky

If you accidentally pull the brick out and put it back in or put it in after the batteries the lock will not recognize the zwave brick
