The yale unit was too tall and it covered up part of the deadbolt hole in the door

After using it for a week or so i actually prefer this unit installed higher in the door than normal

I paired it with a smartthings hub and can remotely lock unlock the door from anywhere i have a cellphone signal

I have also assigned codes to selected people who need access to the house and i get notifications anytime they unlock the doors

The lock is set to automatically lock 30 seconds after it is unlocked

I do have to say that one of them has failed but i believe the manufacturer is going to replace it

Some downsides though are the buttons are stiffhard to press difficult to mechanically put together easy to assemble wrong and have a lock that doesnt work correctly parts dont fit together as easy as the could have and the motor is much louder then the other brands
