I wear mine almost every day if you wear it upside down around your neck it is usable in that positionbatteries last a long time and eventually after 2 straps and countless work hours the plastic loops gave out

They break after a time the plastic battery latch breaks off and then the unit lives on with surgical tape holding it together

I would like it better if it did not have the strobe setting because i never use it but have to cycle through the function each time i want to turn it off

Only issue i had was the batteries that showed up with the light one of the three aaa batteries had burst before delivery
