Instead of giving me the run-around and causing me grief, they immediately shipped a replacement.
Packaging/appearance
It was packaged nicely so that nothing was damaged; easy to assemble and set up.
It was in perfect shape when it arrived and he loves it!
There are sever damages and scratches on the pieces before i opened the package.
I deposited the packing box in the middle of my living room floor and went work unpacking.
Competitiveness
Yes, you are spending a little more than with other brands but you are also getting great quality and peace of mind.
A great alternative to an upright or more expensive baby grand/grand pianos.
It has many of the same features of a clavinova, but not that price tag the usually comes with it.
