I contribute that to his desire to play but also in part to the quality of the instrument.
The sound quality is ok, but i wish action was little lower.
I spent a long time toying with the idea, wondering whether i should get something silly like a schecter demon or a jackson dinky 7 string.
Wanted quality and not real expensive, i got both.
Price
The price is just the icing on top of an amazing cake.
Quality + price + feels good to play!
Packaging/appearance
All the reviews about packaging are true.
The packaging was making me worried but thankfully the guitar is ok.
Competitiveness
The build quality and materials are vastly superior to the competition.
Beautiful and sounds much better than expected for the price.
It's worth paying thirty to fifty dollars more for the yamaha.

And btw the natural color in the 112j is actually the yellow natural satin not the natural which is a flatter beige color

This was packaged absolutely horribly

Was not secured within the carton which was barely sealed opened with the touch of a finger and was just rocking around inside

Fortunately it was an overnight delivery if this had been on the road any longer im sure it would have been destroyed by the time it was delivered
