Cheaply made and cheaply shipped means the buyer is the loser. It's not worth the aggravation to return. The quality isn't good.
Ligature was crushed almost flat upon arrival. It came smashed. This ligature was sent in an envelope and the item was flattened. Not only was the item delivered squashed - i mean like flat-squashed.
