Pros & Cons
Pros
The sound is great, quite mellow. It has a merry tune and east of play. Rinsing it under warm water makes it a breeze to keep clean.
Good, sturdy construction, sounds amazing! Solid plastic construction. This particular instrument from yamaha is very affordable.
Yra-302b comes with a * chart but i recommend just getting one offline on one of the many free sites. The sound quality is pleasant and soft, although it can be difficult to play for people who do not have long fingers.

Cons
The tenor sounds beautiful, but the * is way too far apart for an average woman's hands. Wouldnt really fit in the holes.

Price
I've been wanting to learn the recorder for years, and the price is right on this one.
Competitiveness
This product is much higher quality than a similar offbrand recorder that i purchase.
Aulos and yamaha are both great instruments at reasonable prices.
I also have an aulos 709b, a yamaha 312b and a no-name alto.
